Rapid Roof Repairs follow a precise and proven process for generating the best results:

• Install Hand-Rail/Edge Protection  - Temporary hand rail system is erected as per Work Place Health and Safety Standards.
• High – Pressure Cleaning – 4000 Psi water clean is one of the most important steps in the process.  A thorough clean is required to eliminate all old coating and moss/fungus build ups on the tiles to ensure the new coatings will stick properly.
• Repoint & Rebed all Ridge Caps - All the old ridge tiles are removed and new flexi-point mortar is applied and any damaged caps replaced
• Replace cracked and damaged tiles – All broken tiles are replaced with matching profile tiles and generally are second hand as they will give the best finish once coated
• Moss & Lichen Inhibitor – We apply a environmentally friendly inhibitor to ensure we retard the growth of bacterial organisms under the new coatings we apply
• Primer Bond – The primer coat is the key coat to ensure that all further coatings will bind and adhere correctly to the roof tiles
• Sealer Coat – The sealer coat is one of the most critical coats in the process, this will waterproof the tiles to prevent porous penetrations of moisture that may be occuring currently.  This stops the tiles from becoming brittle and breaking
• Colour Coats – Finally the colour coats are applied and your roof restoration has been completed.  With the semi-gloss finish, your roof will look like new.
